I have had a mailbox at this location for quite a few years and unfortunately, I have not had very good experiences since this business has new owners. The customer service is completely lacking now, and at times and it seems you are bothering them! I was dropping off a prepaid package in there and they still wanted to charge me a small fee for it. When I asked why I need to pay when it’s a prepaid package– I was advised that the shipping companies charge them! The other shipping places in town won’t charge you for that by the way! At this point I will be closing my PMB and moving on! It’s really too bad– it was a great business before for many years!
