First class operation!
I called the owner, Mike, on a Friday morning. He had his workers out here the same afternoon to survey whether or not they could get a large, cumbersome couch down a tight stairway.
Within an hour, Micha and Zach indeed eased the couch down the stairs and out to a nearby storage shed; and then brought in another couch to replace it — from 4 miles away.
