Excellent customer service from the office to the field technician. They were there with the fix on the day I called and ordered a part which they installed the following day. Very good communication from the technician.

In the middle of our first cold spell of the year, our gas furnace quit working. I just let my fingers do the walking and called another dealer first (just by chance). That company said that they could do a service call «on overtime only», or four days later. I called Rogue Valley HVAC and their service professional showed up in just a few hours. Dan quickly diagnosed the problem, had the necessary part in his service van, and gave me an «on-​the-​spot» estimate for the part and service call. Quick service, parts available, and immediate repair at a very reasonable price is hard to beat. They run their business like I always tried to run mine.

After spending close to 7000. (3 weeks ago) on a new heat pump system with this company, I tried to get them back to check the vent system, which is something Jim the salesman said they would do, and help us set up the online system control. Apparently once you pay for your system there is no completion of the entire job. Our registers are still venting cold air when the pump system is not running, and we are working thru the online set up ourselves. I’ve yet to hear back from anyone… let the consumer beware with this company!

Estimate done promptly by Rick with all questions answered and links to resources given for us to evaluate which system best fit our needs. Angus and Chris did the installation this week and now the woodstove is for power outages! Heat pump mini splits cooled us yesterday just because we had to play and worked quickly. Thank you
