I recently was in the market for a riding mower, just happened to see several outside the Sears store while I was looking for a place to get some dinner… I’d already seen Husqvarna’s at a local equipment dealer, and John Deere’s at Home Depot. It turns out that some of the Sears Craftsman models are made in the same factory that produces the Husqvarna’s. The price was really good, and the salesman Keith really knew his product, and conducted himself in a friendly, yet very informative manner. No hype, no BS, no badmouthing the competitors, simply told me features, options, operation of the mower. It’s nice to see a middle aged, mature salesperson, rather than another 21 year kid who doesn’t care about service…
