My old phone that was an old 2010 military flip phone was malfunctioning and due to repetitious humiliation from my family to get-with-the-times and upgrade, I finally decided to challenge the learning curve. After much on-line research I narrowed it down to either the Brigadier or the GalaxyS5. After trying out the Brigadier for 2 days I ended up with the S5. I really wanted the Brigadier because of the water/shatter/vibration proof and the antenna but the BIGGEST down side was NO One on the other end could hear me. Not even the Verizon people when I called about it. So far the S5 is working out Great! What I really want to say is that the customer service that I got at this particular Verizon store was outstanding! I very luckily had Nichole K as my consultant and she was Amazing! She really knows her stuff. She also goes above and beyond with helping with questions, researching, trouble shooting and problem solving. I found it illuminating that the other store consultants would consult with her about their clients phones, while she was helping me with mine. Atta Girl Nichole

Terrible customer service. She literally talked me out of buying anything from them. Then she told me that you can’t get a screen protector for my phone, which there are tons of brands. Then she rudely told me in front of customers that it doesn’t matter cause they won’t work. Very very little knowledge of phones or how to sell properly. As someone who has sold phones for over 10 years I can’t can’t imagine how they must sell anything there with horrible sales skills like that. Add to it that Costco is soooo much cheaper and better customer service.

I recently bought a new phone from TCC Verizon and had a great experience. Patricia was the salesperson who helped me at the beginning and she was very friendly, enthusiastic, and patient. She helped me for over two hours as I peppered her with questions about phones, accessories, and service plans. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I had to wait awhile to get my service started and left the store for a few hours. When I returned, I had some issues with Verizon that I needed help with and another salesperson jumped in to help me. His name was Kevin and he spent about two hours calling Verizon to try to resolve the issues I had and he managed to solve every issue with Verizon woke maintaining a great attitude and patience with the whole ordeal. Thanks Patricia and Kevin for a great experience. I will try to buy my next phone from you if I’m driving my truck on your area the next time I need a phone.,

TCC did a fantastic job answering all of my questions(which were many!), and helping me to select a phone that meets my needs. They took plenty of time going through the various plan options to get me what I need without pushing services and features that I didn’t want or need. They set up the phone, ensured that everything worked properly and confirmed that I was satisfied before I left. They also made it clear that I would be welcomed back if I need additional support including helping me learn how to use my new smartphone. It was a very pleasant buying experience.
