The only problem I have with Human Bean is that the customer service is really inconsistent, and that some of the employees at their kiosks really don’t know what the heck they are doing. That being said, the Java chip is AMAZING and I highly recommend you get one.

I only went here when I was visiting my parents in Oregon. The service was friendly, fast and efficient. I really liked the flavor of the frappichino. I think they call them Granitas? I recommend it.
