During my move we encountered several problems including signing at the title company. The whole family drove 5 hours with 2 dogs and a cat to sign at the title company. They weren’t ready for us when we got there at no fault of their own, and there were some issues that needed to be resolved. They bent over backwards to get everything signed and all the paperwork in order. They didn’t push the problems off onto us, they just got everything fixed. Everyone was friendly and professional. They expedited the signing because they could tell we were hot, tired, and hungry. Ticor adapted to the situation they were given with amazing speed, ensured that the documents were correct, and treated us like better than could have been expected.
