The Sewell service is way better then your expectations. I truly have been treated above and beyond what I deserved, I was treated like family. My family only trust Sewell with their cars. My dad has wanted to buy a Tesla for the past year but he will not because it’s not sold by Sewell. I know my family and I will only buy Cadillacs and they will only be bought at Sewell. I personally guarantee you will enjoy your time at Sewell. I only had one bad experience from Sewell and the next time I came in I got apologizes from the management. Also if you need any service ask for Lee Rice, he is excellent.

Each time I take my vehicle in for service I am impressed with the great customer service Sewell Cadillac of Grapevine provides. Each person I come into contact with goes beyond the norm to make sure everything goes well and then they follow up by phone to make certain I am happy with the way the service was provided. I would not consider shopping for my next Cadillac anywhere else.

We originally purchased a 2013 Escalade but later found the 3^rd row seat belt system didn’t work correctly with our car seat. We were informed by the local fire department that a car seat could not safely be installed into the 3^rd row. We notified the dealership immediately and instead of pushing us off or telling us there was nothing that could be done, they looked into additional options to assist us. Cory Nelson, the Sales Manager, helped us the entire time throughout the process. We ended up purchasing a newer Escalade since the 3^rd row belt system was different and of course had many more bells and whistles. Cory was great during this process trying to find us exactly what we wanted within our given price range. He had an Escalade from their dealership in Houston brought here since there was nothing in this area that met our criteria. Cory was great on communication and ensuring we were getting exactly what we wanted. The customer service experience was fantastic and we will be informing anyone and everyone who will listen how great the experience was. Thank you Cory for everything and going above and beyond.

Stopped in to get a car wash with baby girl in tow & while I’m waiting one of the service men let me know they had a mothers room if I wanted to use it. (A mothers room in a car dealership?! What?!)

Purchased the 2015 SRX and absolutely love it. Chandler made the whole experience painless. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. He was a outstanding salesperson, you could tell the pride he has working for Cadillac and of the product and service they provide. Since buying the car, he has responded quickly to all my questions. My friend who came w/​me to buy the car ended up coming back 2 days later and brought his wife. They also purchased the SRX, not only because its a great SUV but because of Chandler and his knowledge and salesmanship.
Love the over the top customer service i will be receiving with the free oil changes, car washes, ECT. Already returned for a car wash and what great customer service.

5 Stars just is not enough. The whole experience was the absolute best time buying a car I have ever had. In fact it is one of the best service experiences I have ever had, period. Chandler went way above and beyond in every way you can imagine. I would love to detail all the things that made this so great, but that would blow the surprise. You will be amazed. If you are even remotely considering a Cadillac do yourself a huge favor and go see Chandler, it all starts with him and keeps on going with everyone you meet there.

My experience with Rick was absolutely fantastic. Every time I come here for service it has always been a great experience. I came in needing four new tires. Sewell shopped around for the best deal-​and found me a $ 100 rebate! They certainly exceeded my expectations and probably have a new customer for life. Bravo, Sewell Cadillac!

Sewell Cadillac continues to exceed my expectations in their service department. I brought my 2014 SRX in for routine service and mentioned an occasional issue I thought I was having. The serviceman’s response «leave the car another day and we will look at and fix it if necessary» and that is exactly what they did. I kept the loaner car until the next day and returned to a clean repaired car.

I brought in my 2011 Escalade for warranty repair but also a detail and new tires.
First, warranty work is a no brainer. Sewell does quality work and it’s why I purchase from this dealership.
Second, the detail is the best deal around. Like new, showroom quality for $ 200 and I get a loaner car! Local car washes car the same or more and they don’t compare to the cleanliness and shine.
Third, Sewell matches tire pricing so I get the best in class service, best price and again a loaner car.
Finally but probably the most important; my service adviser George Munn is the best! He handles everything with professionalism, he is honest, and is extremely helpful in resolving any issues I have with the vehicle.

I live in San Antonio and purchased a new Escalade from a Sewell sister dealership, Batchelor. I was in Dallas to visit family and took my vehicle in for a wash. Not only was the interior not vacuumed, but there were scratches on the drivers seat and the exterior was very poorly done. No one asked me if the vehicle was mine, it was simply left in the service bay with the keys in it until I finally left.
I ended up going home to use leather conditioner on the scratches and wash it a second time on my own. 45 minutes later, I was done.
Poor service, poor quality of wash and an overall experience that was a mess compared to Batchelor. I won’t be going back here for anything if I can avoid it.

I was told this dealership had the absolutely best reputation for service and quality and after my experience this past weekend, I can’t help but agree. I received first class service from their sales staff, especially Preston Hamilton, who made our entire visit enjoyable, smooth, and easy. Everyone was extremely patient with our questions and made us quite comfortable during our wait for credit scores. We my first new car in 11 years and have researched our purchase price — and couldn’t be happier! Looking forward to my free car washes and service and would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or pre-​owned car.

2 years later I still think they are the best in customer service you can find. Every time I go in for my complimentary oil changes and car washes I reaffirm that opinion. Yesterday I brought in my SRX for an oil change and leather conditioning. I received a loan car effortlessly, as always. My tech, Travis, called to explain I had irregular wear on my tires. He explained what this meant, and what could be done to change this problem and extend the life of my tires — without ANY pressure to spend money. He even explained that it posed absolutely no threat to continue to drive the car. I felt comfortable in my decision to rotate, align and balance my tires without any pressure from Travis. Sewell Grapevine has the best customer service anywhere!

My Overall Rating — 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Facility, Return)
Atmosphere — When you first pull into the bay, you are met with a service advisor who will ask what you need done. Even if you have an appointment, someone will get to you. However, there have been times in the past when they’re super busy, and it takes a while for someone to get to you. I’ve been jumped in line by other customers and it can be annoying. The service bay is spacious, and all advisors are in business casual clothes. They act professional and are there to assist which separates them from your 3^rd party service shop. ½ Star.
Service — I once read that the Sewell family is a customer service company that just happens to sell cars. What that means is they put the customer first and will work with you to ensure you are highly satisfied. I also make it a point to fill out their survey as they really seem to use the feedback. I’ve been using the same advisor, Bill Wilmut, for about as long as I’ve had my car. He’s prompt, courteous, and updates his voicemail daily so you know when he’s working. A loaner is provided for most services (unless it’s quick), and they don’t nickel and dime you and make you fill the tank. On service calls that take a day or longer, they’ll deliver your car and pick up the loaner. Even though my car is out of warranty, I still choose to take it to Bill and the Sewell Team. 2 Stars.
Facility — It’s a very nice facility, with lots of glass (which I’ve walked into). There are multiple waiting rooms, including a TV lounged, work cubicles with power outlets, and even open offices with toys for the tots. Minor complaints include a seriously outdated TV that still plays standard definition channels, a coffee machine that serves good (not great) coffee. One of those automated Starbuck brewers would be cool (in case the Sewell folks are reading). Free Wi-​Fi and Ghirardelli chocolates round out the experience. ½ Star.
Will I Return? — Yes. Now that the terrible construction is done, it’s easy to access off 114÷121÷635. Of course it’s not cheap. You can do your service elsewhere for probably half the price, but the convenience of a loaner (and porter service), an accurate history of my services, and Bill’s professionalism keep me coming back. 1 Star.

1 Star — Atmosphere — Is it a cool dive? Perhaps an upscale place? No matter the type, atmosphere plays a big part and I’ll give a star if I like it or thinks it has great charm.
2 Stars — Service — You can have a great car with bad service. But that’s also what can make a five star joint drop to four. It’s important to the experience that service is great and on point.
1 Star — Facility — I’ll award 1 stars for the facility, since this is one reason we go out.
1 Star — Will I come back? — If I know for a fact I’ll return, I’ll give this a star. A place has to make an impression for me to return.
