The ER has the most rude, uncaring nurses. Bad attitudes all around. If you don’t like to work night shift or don’t care for others, don’t work here.

I’ve had two babies and a sinus surgery at this hospital and have always been pleased with the facility and staff. Both of our girls were NICU babies(one for 3 weeks and the second, thankfully, only a few hours,) but the nurses have always been courteous, compassionate and informative. We did have a negative experience with the ER during my last pregnancy where a domino effwct of events, poor social skills on behalf of the sono tech and lack of training on a doppler had us convinced we were losing our baby but we don’t want that one day to mar the overall treatment we’ve recieved in the hospital. That aside, I was in our prepared Childbirth class with our first child when my water broke and the instructor herself walked us up to L&D and checked on us several times after admission. I spent 6 days in the hospital due to complications and the Mom and Baby and L&d nurses were my advocates and nurturing caretakers.

I think this is a great facility. I had to take my father in to the emergency room and the staff and nurse were awesome and very caring of my father, who doesn’t speak a lick of English. When he was admitted, the staff explained the whole process and was caring in moving my father to his room. The nurses and techs that took care of him throughout the whole process were just great and took the time to explain any questions that we may have. The internist and the GI doc were great also. and props to a beautiful facility.
