Grapevine location had remarkable service. I knew exactly what I was looking for in terms of a wedding ring and called on the phone to politely inquire about price and availability. This location was night and day in terms of service compared to other locations and other local stores. Instead of blowing me off or rudely telling me «they will call me back» (only to never call me back), they were extremely attentive. They also knew their stuff. Sunny advised me about the best ring to go with and pitfalls of one of the ones I was contemplating. This was all over the phone. They then ordered it for me, with a very competitive price, and had it arrive within 2 days!
When I picked up the item, I was greeted with same warm customer service. Really nice folks that know their stuff and are interested in long lasting relationships with customers. They just got one with me and my wife.

I recently purchased a wedding ring from Benchmark Hurst store and I had a great experience. They have incredible selection of engagement rings. I went to 7 different stores before finding the right one. Staff was very good. I would recommend them. They have very good quality diamonds. I am glad I went to this store.
