Another closed restaurant at this site. BCB was a good local spot, if a bit on the ambitious side. Sorry to see them go.

We went on a Saturday night, with a large crowd. They had already run out of pizza dough(it was 5:30pm). I ordered a pasta dish with shrimp. It came with 2 shrimp. I asked the waiter if that was correct, and he replied that it was. Because I did not want to embarrass the people that had suggested we go there, I called back after we left and asked to speak to a manager or chef. I again questioned the 2 shrimp, and his reply was that shrimp are expensive. I paid for pasta, sauce and 2 shrimp and it was somewhere around $ 12. I will not be going back.

Great little restaurant, sort of out of the way though. My friend found this place on Trip Advisor when he came to DFW to visit. I’ve worked in Grapevine for 8 years and had never been to the area the restaurant is located in. It’s basically in the middle of nowhere. This showed in the amount of people. We were in there with one other group. The food is really good. Lots of Italian style foods. If you have a gluten intolerance, you’re in fid hands because the chef apparently had that issue too and nearly the entire menu has a gluten free option. We had the crab cakes which were very nice. Different than I’ve had before, but in a good way. I had the seafood linguine, which had plenty of different seafood types and the sauce was very tasty. The chef have us a free dessert of mousse that was also very tasty. They are BYOB, so don’t expect wine with your meal unless you brought it in. That’s really the only negative I can think of, but if you’re serving Italian food there is that expectation. Honestly, I think the thing holding this restaurant down is it’s location. If it were closer to downtown Grapevine or even just closer to the stores in the area I bet it would be packed on the weekends.

We have had dinner here 3 times and we have loved it more every time. The atmosphere, food and service are excellent! Food is fresh, unique and prepared to perfection We love this place and hope others will give it a try and tell their friends. It it BYOB and which is an added benefit. We have tried the Mediterranean salad, watermelon and cucumber salad, trout special, free range chicken, mussels and clam appetizer just to name a few. We think we have found a hidden gem and only a matter of time and we will be fighting for a table :) 8÷22÷15

Amazing! I come here with my parents all the time and we are always impressed. The menu changes from time to time but everything is fantastic! The lamb burger and the chocolate mousse are to die for and the service is always fast and friendly. 10⁄10 would definitely recommend

My wife and I decided to have lunch today 08÷13÷15 at the Brooklyn Crust Bistro. The food and service was great. The room was cool temperature wise. Anne had the pasta primavera and I had spaghetti and meat sauce from their lunch menu. The only bad thing was there was nobody else in restaurant but us. We walked in at noon.

Still love this place and still do not understand why it’s not packed. Just wanted to update since I’ve been here about a half dozen more times. Since my first post. Everything has been better than expected with each order. I brought clients here for lunch and one brought her husband back a couple days later to try dinner. I strongly suggest trying the seafood crepes. I can usually handle large portions but these two very full and rich crepes were more than I could handle both times. The lasagna is also very unique. It is atypical in that is is almost layers of meat with a bit of cheese, sauce and noodle between. Very robust flavor and not creamy or saucy. It was delicious, but again… not your grandmas’s lasagna… BTW…I couldn’t finish that portion either. Want to try someplace different… quiet…with a unique variety of dishes… it’s worth a shot… especially for lunch(great deals).

I feel bad because restaurants in this location never last. I asked for a vegan option(only one choice avaliable) however they misunderstood and included cheese. Also the sauce noticeably had cream in it. Anyone working in a restaurant should be very careful with dietary needs. My mom ate the dish and said while good it was too salty.

Excellent service and food! I had the Prosciutto, Fig and Goat Cheese pizza and it was amazing. It is in a small shopping center near the school, so not a great location… But VERY worth it to go!

Good tasteful food, however was very disappointed in the menu changes and not being informed that adding chicken at lunch to a salad would cost $ 6 additional. Waiter was pleasant but did not know anything about the menu and it’s choices. Probably will not be returning. Also, had concerns that we were the only patrons at noon on a Saturday throughout our entire meal.

Had the burger and lasagna was a bit over priced but had good flavor. Our waiter was attentive and not to overly intrusive. The bread served with the lasagna was hard and tasteless. The burger was cooked as ordered but was very small.

I went there on a Thursday about 5:30 and was the only person there. That worried me. The host/server greeted me warmly. The décor and atmosphere was nice. I was given a couple of delicious yeast rolls with fresh butter. I ordered the«pizzetta» which was basically a personal thin crust pizza. The crust was pretty good. The sauce was a bit bland but tasted fresh. The menus sauce the mozzarella was made of buffalo so I throat was pretty cool. It was topped with grilled chicken, Carmelites onions and fresh basil. I asked for some crushed red pepper and got a ramekin full with a small spoon. Never had that before. Overall the food was good, nothing amazing. However, giving an extra star for the excellent service, prompt food, and CLEAN bathrooms. This location has seen a lot of different restaurants open and close. I hope this one sticks around for a while. Looking forward to going back and trying more menu items next time.

My chicken Madera was good but my dining companions absolutely did not like their lasagne and neither will consider a return trip. We liked the Brie appetizer and also our ‘bring-your-own’ wine. The menu is extensive, interesting, and somewhat disjointed. Service was friendly but the place has the feel that it isn’t quite ready. Sorry because I wanted to glow about this local place.

Chef Sage banged out a chicken parm pie with marinara sauce, taking pizza to a whole new level!!! It was amazing. Hope to see it on the menu soon!

Get tuna no matter how its prepared that night. Both times I’ve been here I got the tuna special. Perfectly seared!!! And whatever ingredients it was served with both times were were so unique and the sauces… oh my lands!!! A friend had the steak and said it beats the pants off the one he’d had at del frisco grille a few days earlier. The lasagna is so light, doesn’t taste heavy with noodles, and it’s got kickin meat. Do ask about ingredients in the specials though. One diner ordered a cheese appetizer and it had red beets in it, although the menu didn’t mention that at all. He wouldn’t touch it, but I did :) its BYOB and once word spreads, this place will be packed on weekends!!!

4 stars for reasonable pricing for above average food. The food is not superior but it certainly is above average. I can see this place as a go to lunch spot because you get tasty, fresh food for a fast food meal price. I look forward to seeing this place get better in food quality.

The food here is tasty! We walk in and the place has nice artwork of New York. The atmosphere is bistro for sure. The chef sat us at our table and told us the specials. Chef Sage was very nice and answered our questions. We had the lunch special with soup or salad, seafood ravioli, and dessert. I had the salad and it was green leaf daisy lettuce with bleu cheese, cranberries honey lemon vinaigrette. Delicious! The soup was a Tomato Bisque. very flavorful. The seafood ravioli in a crème tarragon sauce was so good. Creamy with home made raviolis. The dessert was a cheesecake in a dish with a strawberry glaze on top. To be honest it was not my favorite but I am sure other desserts will be amazing. I am definitely coming back to see what else the chef has in store!
