First time visit and I was pleasantly surprised. The office staff is incredibly friendly and they did not got mad when we asked a lot of questions. We had to wait maybe 5 minutes. They asked a lot of questions and did a lot of examining. They explained what our insurance covered and didn’t and I didn’t feel pressured in anyway to buy anything I wasn’t sure about. I will definitely be returning!

I went in today to get a new prescription for my contacts. I have worn contacts for years and i always went to walmart before. I was expecting a 10 dollar copay for the exam which is all i wanted. They did a contact fitting, which i had never heard of before & was not told about before hand. When i finished and went to the front to check out i was given a 130 dollar bill. I was shocked at this. I asked them why they told me the exam was payed with insurance but the contact fitting was not. I should have been informed about this before hand. I am very dissatisfied with the whole experience.
