Chick-fil-A

I do not like this place at all. Dirty. Overpriced and do not have military discount. Fries were cold and soggy and chicken sandwich was the same. Poor. I will never come here again.
I can’t wait till the cf in fm reopens. I gave 2 stars only because there is a play set for the kids.

Service was quick and efficient through drive-​thru. However, my chicken burrito was really hard to eat because it split when I unwrapped it.

Eat at Chik fil a all of the time and rarely have any issues except for last night. Went through the drivethrough at 6pm, they didnt have much of a line and the service was excellent as usual. We all ordered the chicken nuggets and had to eat in a hurry before church. After we all grabbed our first one we all tasted burnt cooking oil that smelled like burnt popcorn! Called the store to complain and got a half hearted response from the manager Benjamin. Wrote down my name and said he’d replace if we ever came back… I had higher expectations from a Chik Fila manager. Could have pulled our ticket and reversed the charge.
I’ll continue to go to Chik Fil a stores but will avoid this one by Grapevine Mills mall!

I had a positive experience at the Chik-​fil-​a during a breakfast visit. I was in the area early for another appointment and decided to have a breakfast sandwich and wait for my appointment. I had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit that was very good. I like their biscuits because they really taste fresh and feel homemade.
There was plenty of seating and everything was clean. I did notice one thing that seemed out of place, there was a packet or two of mayonnaise that had exploded in the bin. I pointed this out to one of the staff members and he immediately cleaned up the mess.
Overall all it was a good experience, not as good as some Chick-​fil-​a restaurants, but still much better than the many other fast food restaurant options.

LUNCH RUSH REVIEW! This place keeps the customers moving! I was in the drive thru for only a few minutes & the cool ass guy taking the orders outside really helped! So quick, I ended up dining in! Little chic-​fil-​A secret: go inside when you see the drive thru full, hardly any line! My chicken tenders were hot & fresh & so were the crispy fries! The inside was clean and the customer service was top notch both from inside out! By far one of the best chic-fil-A’s I’ve been to! Good work grapevine! Woke up this morning… no cereal. Grrrrr. Pantry light because I’m flying at 7am… double GRRRR.
6am on the nose, 4 minutes from DFW… they are open. Score.
Same quality and friendly faces as always.

This restaurant was filthy! And I mean disgusting! At least 7 tables were covered in leftover food and sauce smeared on the tables. We had to clean our own table. The women’s restroom had ZERO toilet paper. Staff wasn’t friendly, never came around to check on us, refill drinks, like my normal chick fil a. I will never go back to this location.

Staff wasn’t they typical Chic-​fil-​a quality. Indifferent. No «my pleasure». Play place was seriously dirty, chunks of hair in places. Restaurant it’s self wasn’t clean either, bbq sauce under our table. Maybe I am used to my home location but I would never go back to this one.

Clean, clean, clean! Chick-​Fil-​A is known for their delicious and fast food, but this restaurant excels upon that. Even if the drive thru line is wrapped around the building, you can have your food within 5 minutes and be on your way. If you choose to dine in the restaurant you will notice how clean the area is! Can’t go wrong with this chickfila!

Chick-​fa-​lay never ceases to amaze me as far as service goes, and this location is no different. Even after working at the William D Tate location in my teenage years, I still love to eat there, (and trust me, that says a LOT)! I never even question whether or not my order will be accurate, fresh, or timely, since I am not disappointed 99.9% of the time (nobody can be perfect, but they are as close as I’ve seen)!

This Chick-​fil-​A is brand new located next to the Grapevine Mills Mall. What is best about this place is it is located within walking distant from my apt. The place is very modern and the service is always great. I come here regularly and the food is fresh and comes out with in 5 minutes of placing my order.

A great crew, a clean restaurant and my grandson loved the kid’s play area. The menu is the same in every store and this place keeps up the constantly good quality.

Stereotypes aside, I’m a huge fan of chicken. Sandwiches, salads, pastas, baked, marinated, grilled… it’s not a game.
So believe me when I tell you that Chick-​Fil-​A enables my poultry fanboy inhibitions with little effort and allows me to placate the realities of life to eat away at the dreams of Gallus dreams that I have had since I first tasted this delicious morsel.
You have burger joints and then you have Chick-​Fil-​A. Chicken Sandwiches. A chicken joint, if you will. This is a big box chain and typically I like to not give those a whole ton of credit as the fact that they have made the money they have made is review enough usually. Pressure-​cooked and hand-​breaded to delectable perfection, these chicken breasts are flavorful, smooth, juicy, all-​together, how do you do it tastiness. From the Chicken Sandwich Classic (with a breast between two buns with pickles) to a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe (with pickles, green leaf lettuce, tomato and Pepper Jack cheese between lightly toasted buns), their menu screams everything non-​burger with salted waffle fries, chicken salad, cole slaw, carrot & raisin salad, and others to boot.
The thing about the Classic sandwich is that it doesn’t have any dressing. You can get it dressed with something, but you won’t even have to with the way it’s cooked. I have never had a dry sandwich from Chick-​Fil-​A in my life; or in any other imaginary life I ever determined priority anywhere from 5 second to 10 days. Regardless, in any existence, it is the official chicken sandwich of the gods… when mana gets old.
With mikshakes (non-​chicken), salads, wraps, a kids meal, and catering options, Chick-​Fil-​A rounds out their excellent culinary service to create an experience that can be as long or short as you need it to be. Prices are not overly exhausting for the bank account or piggy bank… or area in the corner under your couch.
I highly recommend anyone who has never been to Chick-​Fil-​A and you happen to be even relatively in the area of one of their over 1600 locations, do yourself a favor and go to the place that has been doing chicken right for over 66 years.
Man, I love me some chicken. That is all.

They have really good people who work here. Not only do they give you great service but their attitudes and the way they work together make you really feel like they are a family-​owned business! The food of course is awesome because it is ChickFilA but it all breaks down to the people after that right? hehe

I used to take you for granted when I was a child.
Then I grew up and was saddened when I realized that you are only in southern states.
I would come to visit and eat your juicy chicken offerings whenever I could. Never a dry bit. Never too crunchy. And your delightful pickle-​middle-​surprise! How you delight.
I was recently in Texas and got to taste your spicy classic sandwich. It had great flavor and a nice kick. Oh, only to add to the longing that my heart holds for you when I am home in Washington.
You are clean. You have great sweet tea. You are polite. You have fun ketchup dippy cup thingys.

Lunch time service is average at best. I know their shtick is to say my pleasure this & my pleasure that but they seem to have too many moving parts at times. I had to wait for quite awhile while one guy took my order then another tried to figure out who ordered what. I think it would have been much easier if they had multiple cashiers when the line is long and somebody paying attention so they can give out or take you orders to your seat.
I know all these places work in different ways but service should be one that doesn’t change from whatever location that you might visit. I go here only after the lunch crowds have died for the other day or expect long lines of despair.
