I needed three shirts and a ball cap embroidered in a RUSH. When I explained this to the owner or manager, he walked me through my options updated my artwork, and asked me to come back in two hours. When I got back, the embroidery was PERFECT, and there was no rush charge or anything. This is what I call «Service».
