Express Lash

I have been using Express Lash for two months. It is actually my second lash extension service I have tried. It is so much better than the other one. Priscilla is the technician I have used. She is absolutely wonderful. She is conscientious of my comfort and is a true artist. I always leave there with beautiful eyelashes. I discovered Express Lash with a groupon and was given the royal treatment from the get go. I am totally hooked on this service.

Priscilla at Lash Express did a wonderful job! I just started getting lash extensions (my new addiction) and Priscilla achieved the look I wanted, full, flared out lashes. The lashes look natural, just super sized! Priscilla is very gentle and patient with me (I get a little skittish about people poking around my eyes) — But she is so gentle I even fall asleep while I’m getting the service which takes an hour and a half to two hours.
The 2^nd time I had a fill, I fell into a little too deep of a sleep and woke up startled and tried to open my eyes and ended up tearing up. Some of the lashes didn’t permanently adhere because the glue didn’t cure when I teared — but she offered to re-​fill for no cost!
She is very thorough about cleaning out the old lashes and is friendly and pleasant to be around to boot. I was a Groupon customer and got a great deal on starting my lashes. I will continue to be a customer, I have gotten so many compliments on my eyes and it is sooo nice to not have to wear mascara. :)

I had my lashes done by Priscilla using a Groupon and the moment she learned it was a Groupon she treated me different. She wasn’t very happy and kept cancelling the appointment on me for over a week (3 times) then when I finally got a confirmed appt she was late for about an hour. Didn’t explain much about anything. She did an ok job on the lashes but the very 1^st day the lashes were in I lost some that very first night. When I went in for a fill and she learned it was a Groupon she flipped and cancelled my appt and said she couldn’t do it and wouldn’t take the Groupon. I ended up having to cancel my Groupon. If she would’ve treated me with professionalism I would’ve gone back after all was said and done with my Groupons but she was so unprofessional about it that I just scheduled somewhere else and paid full price at Gigi’s Endersby,
. She was excellent and so professional. Love my Lashes they look fuller and she explained everything about the process and how to take care of them. Sweet lady and the whole experience was like a spa treatment. She won me over and I will continue to go to her. Express Lash, never again. The prices were comparable but the service was completely different. Gigi is the place to go.

Lashes are done to perfection. However, I’ve had really bad experiences with the lash technician being late or sick. Twice the technician was sick and I was asked to reschedule. Twice the technician was late. I wish I never went back those other times. I’m very disappointed in the service since I drive 25 – 30 mins to the salon to be told I need to reschedule or the technician is running late. I will not be back to express lash…
