I purchased a Thermador refrigerator and freezer column a few months ago which I absolutely love. Unfortunately, the sales, install and service processes have been a nightmare. After laying over $ 10,000 for a refrigerator and freezer, you would expect to get quality installers… unfortunately it was just the opposite! These guys did a complete botched install job! The units lean forward, the woods rub together which has removed the stain on the edging, the freezer will not even close which causes extreme ice build, and these guys installed the trim pieces in the wrong locations. I emailed my sales rep for over a month with no help, and he actually had the audacity to tell me I needed to contact my installers when I paid Factory Builder directly to do the install. When I finally was able to get ahold of someone willing to help, she said «let’s just call Thermador and tell them you have an issue with the unit, not the install». This company does not stand behind their work and I would never suggest using them!

If you’re looking for high end appliances they have decent prices, if you’re wanting Kitchenaid, Samsung and the like, not so much.

I never thought Steven could come up with an appliance package that would be lower prices than something I could order myself online. I was wrong! His price was LOWER than anything on Amazon or Best Buy. He came up with a package of matching appliances and has been so informative and professional. Thank you for making our remodel so Much easier!

We have always had the best service from your store. In particular, Brett Saylors is an excellent representative for your company. Not only is he courteous, professional and very knowledgable about the products, he goes out of his way to ensure satisfaction. In our most recent purchase we almost ordered the wrong size ice maker (our fault). Brett caught the error and we got exactly what we needed. Then he followed up on the sale to make sure everything was ok. Cannot ask for better customer service. We will continue to buy all of our appliances from your company because of such service.

As an engineer who loves to research purchases on my own, it’s rare that I come across a store that I feel really adds value. In my first experience with factory builder stores, they did just that.
Brett pointed me towards a vent hood for my range that I hadn’t even considered. The product was superior to the other options I had been considering. Brett also connected me with excellent installers. I try to buy from people that help me out, but don’t like to be ripped off either, so I checked prices elsewhere, including online. To my surprise, I found that FBS was selling it for $ 300 less than anywhere else!
Upon ordering, the product arrived very quickly and I was promptly called to notify me of its arrival. When I picked it up a few days later, they all remembered me and quickly loaded it in my truck.
Excellent price, service, and selection. FBS will be my go-​to destination for kitchen appliances in the future!
Note that they are open Saturday mornings too.
