Holly’s Hallmark Shop

I have another Holly’s Hallmark closer to me, but I choose to drive a little further to this one. I feel it is filled with a better selection of cards, gifts, and I get better customer service. The staff acknowledges me (didn’t get that at the other store), offers to get a new in the box item that I’ve chosen, and they also let you know about special events or sales they are having or are having soon. I have recommended this location to a few friends and they also drive the extra time to come here.

I love coming here. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it was a perfect store to find before the holidays! The employees are happy to unpack new items in the back before you buy them to make sure they work – which I appreciate. They also check ID on all credit cards – which I also appreciate. I will continue to shop here. The selection of cards is vast. They have great decorative items and sell many items that would make perfect gifts.

I don’t typically go in Hallmarks because I think most of their stuff is overpriced. I haven’t been in an actual Hallmark in quite some time so I thought I would give it another try today because I was looking for a nice Christmas item for my parents.
I walked in, not greeted. Walked around, looked at all the «items» and was not impressed with ANYTHING they had. The things I saw I could find in Target/​Walmart for HALF the price. Hobby Lobby down the way had more pretty, creative items then Holly’s Hallmark did IMO.
I walked out, need I remind you I was never acknowledged I was even in the store… they weren’t THAT busy.
I will be getting my Christmas card from the 1.00 tree… just as meaningful and HALF the price.

Don’t waste your time on drugstore cards. Go here ASAP because there is always something coming up, and you already know you need a card for it. Plus, they have fudge!
This is a spacious store with any kind of gift-​related need, including gifts themselves! There are even sales sometimes, for those who like to stock up but know how much cards can cost. There have been a couple of times when I stopped at a grocery or drug store for an anniversary card or a get well soon card out of convenience, but it ended up just taking more time trying to find anything good, and I ended up at Hallmark anyway! Come check it out for fun– send someone a card for fun now or get some for later.
Great gift packaging and baked chocolate goodies, too. For those looking for collector’s ornaments, they have them– we got Darth Vader one year! I love this Hallmark– good job ladies!
