Lone Star Vacuum

Forgot to mention, it just so happens I had had the exact same part replaced a few years ago at another store and the cost was only $ 53 dollars! Stay away from these crooks! They became extremely defensive when I cordially confronted them and then became belligerent.

My husband and I bought a vacuum here yesterday. We were very happy with the customer service and we love the vacuum! These folks really know their vacuums and I didn’t feel any pressure to buy something I didn’t want. I will definitely return for anything else I need. Great local small business!

All I needed was the filler tube replaced. Instead I got a huge estimate. I picked the vacuum up and it has been taken apart and the screw are no where to be found. Run away from this place

I stopped in the other day to pick up a service box (bags, filters, etc.) for my vacuum. While I was there, I mentioned a problem I was having with my vacuum to the guy behind the counter. He said it sounded like it need a new roller brush and asked if I had ever replaced it. I’ve had this vacuum for about ten years or so and had never replaced the brush. I had always thought it looked OK but bought the replacement anyway. Long story short — The vacuum is working like new. The problem I was having with it has completely disappeared!
I could have bought the service box for less online than from Lone Star, but if I hadn’t stopped in and discussed the problem, the vacuum would still not be working right. The people who work here are very nice and seem to know their business very well. One $ 30 part made a big difference and kept me from potentially wasting money on a new vacuum (I never would have thought the problem was the roller brush). As far as I’m concerned, Lone Star Vacuum in Grapevine gets all my business.
