I ordered a door from MIC in January. I have gotten such a runaround with this company it has been ridiculous! I had to put a stop payment on the $$$ that I put down after 3 months because I couldn’t get an answer as to when I was to get my door. They now have my door apparently but they now have scheduled me 3 times with 3 cancelations. They are truly incompetent. Do not do business with them — they have lost their ratings on the Better Business Bureau as well =- they will not endorse them.

Placed order for new door & transom on March 20, 2014. Company stated 8 weeks-​10 weeks to install. 4.5 months later, still not installed. Now I have requested a refund of my deposit. Exhausted with dealing with this I finally contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge since service was not rendered.
Hope others have better luck than I did. I’m hiring someone else to do the job and am getting my money back from them.

If you are looking for someone to work on or make a gate, window or door out of metal, then these people are worth talking to. I talked to them. They were very knowledgable. I didn’t end up using them because we went in a different direction but you can tell they know what they are doing and some of their work in their store is pretty cool.
