Mattress Firm

Had a great experience with the staff at this Mattress Firm, namely with Cameron, my sales associate. He was attentive and helpful in finding exactly what I wanted and made me a great deal on my new bed. I wound up buying a platform bed and returning the unneccesary box springs was hassle free. I am very pleased with my experience here and will return (in 8 years hopefully).

My wife and I purchased an adjustable Tempur cloud from your Arlington Texas store several months ago and had an excellent experience with our sales associate and left very pleased with the experience and feeling as though our $ 9,000+ purchase was a good one. Delivery and set-​up went very well. Included with that purchase was two pillows. We received one and ended up getting a refund for the other due to the fact that to Mattress Experts was unable to locate the pillow I wanted.
After a month or so of sleeping on the mattress, we both decided to take advantage of the «love my mattress guaranty» due to the fact that we were sleeping hot. Our sales person had been promoted and transferred to the Grapevine store. We followed her there and selected the Breeze version our mattress to replace the one we had. We paid an additional $ 1,200 and had the mattresses swapped out. This process also went very smoothly. In addition, we have purchased your bamboo sheets and are using the Tempur Pedic mattress protector that came with the mattress and base as part of a promotion.
After sleeping awhile on the new breeze mattress, we both came to the conclusion that the comfortably cool temps we felt in the showroom while laying on the breeze didn’t seem to be present on our breeze. In fact, we felt no real difference from the original bed. Thinking that maybe the mattress protector and sheets #which obviously were not on the mattress at the showroom# were blocking the cooling effects of the mattress, we called our sales associate to inquire if this was possible. She seemed concerned, said she would do some research and get back with us. We have never heard another word.
So, in conclusion, I have now invested over $ 10,000 in a bed and adjustable base that is just OK. We still sleep hot, but that can be helped out by lowering the air-​conditioner. Am I disappointed that we never heard back from your employee regarding a serious question, of course I am. Will I buy another tempur-​pedic product or recommend it to a friend, absolutely not. And finally, I will not recommend Mattress Experts/​Firm to anyone.
