Dr. Nathan Graves has absolutely no business practicing medicine. He nearly killed my father. After watching Dad’s PSA level rise and rise, he continued to insist he was fine. After Dad’s continued insistence that everything was not fine, it was determined that he had prostate cancer. At this point Dr. Graves told him that «at your age, if you were my father, I wouldn’t bother doing anything,» and that he would probably have 5 more years. My father is an otherwise healthy 73 year old and this was one year ago. Dr. Graves knew full well that my father had stage 4 prostate cancer and advised him to «do nothing». Thankfully, Dad went for a second opinion at UT Southwestern. His care there was and continues to be exceptional. He is now in complete remission after receiving radiation treatment. Thanks to their care, he is healthy today. To Dr. Graves, my Dad’s life wasn’t worth anything. I would not spit on Nathan Graves if he were on fire.
