My coffee tasted good… but that is as far as compliments go. The attitude was outrageously bad I felt as if I was doing their job for them and when they gave me my simple drink… it wasn’t even correct. This is most assuredly the worst Starbucks I have ever been to.

1 word… slow I love Starbucks coffee because it’s always consistent. However, this stores drive thru for some reason doesn’t move fast.

Been here a few times so I feel I can give an accurate rating. The people inside are great, some of the girls are pretty cute and that certainly doesn’t hurt the morning eyes! They are quick an accurate but friendly the entire time. Went through the drive-thru once and the guy there saw my work shirt and we talked a little about it. Felt like a friend and he was quick to get my coffee for me. Plus it is right across the street from me!

I asked for a vanilla latte that wasn’t «full fat».(I didn’t know it was called a «skinny»). It took 4 minutes of me telling the employee that I didn’t want a full fat latte in as many different ways as I could think of and they were still clueless. If I’m going to wait 10 minutes in the drivethru line and pay this much for a coffee, I would expect the employee to listen to what I’m asking for, and point me in the right direction. I’ve worked for Startbucks before, they pride themselves on properly training their employees to pick up on the customer’s tastes, pairing coffees with their deserts, and providing customers what they ask for. This was a very frustrating experience this morning.

I ordered a shaken sweet tea and it was really sweet! 2x as sweet as it usually is, and they filled it all the way up with ice! It’s even cold outside why do you have to put that much ice?

Since this is on my way to work I frequent it often(once a day). If the line is long they are fast to get the order completed and out! However if the line is short(3 cars ahead) it seems that they are slow getting the order out. I noticed that when I pulled up to the window the cashier was turning in my order and I sat at the window for 5mins before getting greeted. It just seems off that the service is better when they are busy then when they are slow

Fastest drive thru of all Starbucks! If the line of cars is all the way around the building, it may only take 5 mins.

People here are very friendly, never mess up my drink order, especially considering they have a constantly busy drive-thru

One of the more busier Starbucks I frequent. Good luck getting a table inside, you might have to sit at the counter facing the window. There is nice patio furniture outside if it’s not too hot outside. The staff is friendly. Iced black coffee always:-)

Great staff. Always on the ball. Clean café. However, café is VERY small, and is usually taken over during the day by WiFi squatters.

We are human, we have to eat. And drink lattes. We’ll I do anyway. But I confess it’s decaf, one raw sugar and breve with only half the half and half – also known as «why the hell bother.» Here’s why. Life is about the little things we do everyday to gear up for the grind. The kiss before work. The laugh on the way out the door, and yes, the latte I pick up EVERYSINGLEOCD morning from a crew of ridiculously nice people who simply want to get my day started off right. People who literally know my name and my drink by the color and make of my car in the drive thru! From the manager to the wickedly great baristas, this particular Starbucks continues to flabbergast me with their kindness, real ness and service. Five stars all the way.

A little tighter in space than most Starbucks I visited. Probably seemed busier because of it. Service was friendly, polite. Had a very chocolatey, very creamy hot chocolate here to warm me through a very frigid wintry day. Starbucks always hits the spot with me.

Probably my favorite Starbucks location I’ve encountered so far in the DFW area. Barista’s are extremely friendly and I have not had my order messed up once! They always have food and snack items in stock as well. Sadly, I have no clue what the inside is like because I have only used the drive-through. Even during the busiest times, the drive-through line always moves quickly. The only reason I give this Starbucks 4 stars is because of the drive-though setup. If three or more people are in line to order, they block cars trying to turn in from off the road and make it almost impossible to get out of the parking lot, which can be quite dangerous. They also have outdoor seating where you can enjoy your beverage. Overall, a great location.

Yes, it’s another Starbucks. This one is on Northwest Highway in Grapevine, near the Great Wolf Lodge/Gaylord Texan area, on the south side of the road. It’s easy in, easy out compared to many locations, a big plus in my book. It also looks somewhat newly renovated(or maybe just new), with a more interesting looking external façade. I like the look. On this day, I was looking for some decaf at about 2:30PM, and when I ordered, the barista said that they don’t brew decaf after 2:00PM(?), but if I could wait 3 – 4 minutes, he could do a «pour over» for me. I accepted, and the result was a very nice and fresh tasting cuppa. The order was handed over with a smile and the place looked and smelled clean from what I could see from the drive thru. If only other chains could take their cue from Starbucks in making the stores uniformly clean, friendly and inviting.

The baristas here are nice and sociable. I have not had my orders messed up so far. The longest I had to wait while ordering inside was probably five minutes tops. Drive thru is a different animal depending on the day. Mondays & Fridays before 8AM usually have super long lines leading out onto NW hwy. My only complaint is that that they always seem to run out of coffee plugs. A straw will suffice for a plug so there is at least a workaround. They should give you one automatically that way you won’t spill your tasty beverage. Other than that this Starbucks is a nice place to order from in the morning and a decent place to relax and work from during the day/night.

Doing business. Good people here. They pay attention to their regulars. They are all over their game.

This Starbucks is really like most everyone I visit since they have changed their focus to more of a drive-thru mentality. Most locations have minimal seating and if they are anywhere near convenient to meet for business, that space is usually packed. Their coffee is good but food is lacking as most have the 7 – 11 prepackaged taste. I used to love Starbucks as I always had one conveniently located near a customer. I’ve now found several that are drive-thru only(no inside seating) and had to rearrange meetings after we arrived. They have also closed all Starbucks that did not have a drive-thru station. I understand their strategy, needs for profit, etc., and they accomplish that if you want a quick, efficient cup of coffee to go. But if you want a place to relax, and enjoy a great cup, I recommend finding an independent as they have really seemed to fill the gap Starbucks vacated.

Small… cute set up… parking is easy however getting into the lot is a pain… do not pass the entrance… oh vey. They do not understand NOICE… and the lady was all snotty about it and said«well I use ice» I did not respond but I was thinking… well that is your drink and I am paying you to make mine… ugh. Oh well. So it was remade and life moved on :-)
