Service is definitely sub-​par. I realize this is an airport bar, but you should be able to expect some service sitting at the BAR.

This is the equivalent of a dive bar in an airport. Except they have like 3 beers and 3 different foods. They have a lot better places to eat in this airport and recommend exploring your options. Ended up at chilies and was better food and better prices

Richmond Hill, Canada
Pretty bad place. Everything was sticky and the service was pretty terrible — they weren’t mean or anything, more like they didn’t care. Being an airport location you figure they would be fast paced and understand the clientele. Our server never came back after delivering our drinks (btw they apparently don’t have food even though it’s on the menu) and we had to hunt her down in the back corner to pay for our table even though the small place was about 10% full.
Should’ve went to the McDonalds down the hall.

Yeah… This place pretty much sucks. It’s not a lot of square footage but it took forever for a server to ask us if we needed anything. And there were two servers working.
Asked to keep a tab open and quickly regretted it after the server walked away but it’s cool, he closed it anyway without me asking. So that worked out.

Sat for a while while the waitstaff ignored us. Finally someone came over and was basically, like «what do you want!» Had one beer and left. This place is no Bueno.

It’s a damn bar at the damn airport. For that reason alone I give it five stars. Beer is cold, over priced but carbonated. Service was fine. Rate high so there isn’t one less bar at the airport.

Cool décor. Our waiter «Anthony» was hopefully just having a bad day, but he was grumpy to us and everyone around us until it came time for the tip. Lousy service.

Airport Bar with limited, mediocre food menu. Of course, not enough outlets to charge cell phones! Servers were very friendly though.

The place was busy I’ll say that. But selection was poor and prices were high. Plus the server was one of the surliest I’ve seen. This guy should be a bouncer. I saw him cop attitude with multiple patrons, including me. It’s busy, I get it, but your attitude directly influences bar profits and your tips. Never go here.

I got stuck at the airport for a while due to a flight cancellation. Decided to grab a bite and brew. Food was okay, but the bartender was excellent. She made everyone feel so welcome and a part of the immediate family. Made an already frustrating experience less of a frustration. Definitely killed any ill will with genuine, sincere kindness. Orteca you da best!

Just needed to charge, grab a drink and get a bite. The place was old, had old tv’s, and only 2 plugs for customers.
They were out of practically all food. (Literally 90% of the food was gone). The server was rude and very slow. He tried to not serve us so we left.

This place barely serves as a pit stop let alone a bar. They got, get this… HOT FUCKiNg DOG!!! In a major airport?! WTFFFF! Put some fish’n chips or something! OK, they got salads and nachos too but still. Good thing there’s fast food right around the corner from this place cuz I was fucking hungry as hell but unfortunately I wanted some beer w/​my food. Not coming here again that’s for sure.
