My 120 year old cast iron coffee grinder packed by this UPS Store sadly arrived in pieces. I insured it through UPS and they are now denying the claim saying it is my responsibility to package the item correctly. WHAT? That’s why I took it to this UPS Store to begin with, so it would be packed CORRECTLY in the first place!!! And now they give me the brush off? This has been going on for 2 months and no resolution. I think I’m screwed and an awesome piece of history lost. Cannot recommend.
