Great office, great customer service. The ladies at this particular office truly go above and beyond to insure quality customer service. Even though I normally have poor experiences with TWC(especially over the phone) The ladies at grapevine made a difference for me. I was on the verge of cancelling my acct, a front counter rep show me the value of what I was getting and with a great cost because I am an existing customer. I am completely please with the services that this retail center provides.

Awful, awful company. None existing customer server that can’t do anything right. How can they«accidentally» uncancelled a closed account. And from there just get worse. One statement had a credit next was a letter from a collection agency. Seriously how can a company be so bad and consistently! And I even spoke a manager and he was worse. Stay away from Time Warner.

It’s really disappointing paying so much for Internet and cable when they close at 6 with people inside and they lock the doors at 6:01. A. You have guests inside and you lock, that’s uncomfortable B. You are obviously still people inside that you are helping you can’t help 1 more person. Needless to say I still need a cable box and have no other option then to come back.
