I was very disappointed by Wine Fusion. The space is awesome but I was not very impressed with the wine choices and the food was not impressive at all. I paid $ 9 for fries that someone put Parmesan cheese on and called it «infused». The panini had frozen peppers grilled on it — it tasted like cafeteria food.

Learn customer service. When you have people walk in and stand at bar and have been waiting for a while… don’t serve someone who just walked up first before everyone.

Ok so I am a wine connoisseur and my husband… Well he drinks what I know he will like. We both loved this winery. We got to talk to the owner & he really gave us a piece of his story! This is a great addition to the lineup of wineries in Grapevine and I would recommend it to wine aficionados and new winos as well!

This place has only been open six weeks, and for six weeks I think its pretty rock on! Its cute, quaint, super trendy and on Grapevine Mainstreet. Their doors roll and stay open right onto the street making the whole little wine bar kind of patio like. I personally love the fancy bar top table and chairs they had out front which is on the elevated sidewalk outside of their doors. We sat and watched the left over commotion of the Parade of Lights. It was crazy festive and really fun. The inside is small, but roomy and offers a private party room to the far right, bathrooms around the corner to the left. Logan, our wine dude helped us quickly at the bar, and knowledgeably pointed us in the right direction for a wine we would like. This place serves up wines that are created just for their own bar. made in good olé’ Lubbock Texas and then shipped in. Arrogant Bliss for sister(something similar to a Syrah) and a Pinot Gris for me… a little too light for my taste buds, not quite tart enough. But the only thing close enough to a pinot grigio.(Only reason for the 4 stars!) Definitely a good place for a girls night out, a date night, first date or a glass of vino solo. plenty to look at and people to watch! Loved it!

Terrible service. Would not go back. They seem to think their wine and food will carry the day, but service matters. They do have competition!

Wine Fusion is by far my favorite weekend spot to relax with a tasty glass of Chardonnay and enjoy the friendly atmosphere! If you’re looking for a special evening, this is the place for you. The minute you walk through the door you’ll feel like family…

Starting with a tasting is the best way to begin your experience at Wine Fusion. You will definitely find that you have a hard time choosing which is your favorite. The Unoaked Chardonnay is a great white that can go up against any other whites. All of the reds are perfection. The Sangiovese, Zinfandel, and Cab Reserve are the top three best wines on Main Street in Grapevine(in that order). The wines aren’t the only thing that makes this place stand out. The owners are regularly behind the bar helping and answering questions about their wine and the entire wine making process. Their friendly and welcoming staff has made this winery the ultimate experience. Lastly, they have a wine blending class that 3 of my girlfriends and I attended this weekend. The class included a short, interactive presentation on very interesting wine and grape information followed by an actual«fusion» experience. I’ve been to many wineries and done pretty much every tour or class offered. This class is a must because not only did I learn more in the class then I typically would at any other winery, but they transition you into understanding how to blend your own wine. The second part of the class is all about the blending. You start by trying each individual wine and they teach you to figure out what you do or don’t like about the wine. They teach you the different percentages that work west in a blend and then guide you to creat your very own, unique wine that you can take home! They even allow a little time to make your own label! I could go on and on about Wine Fusion, but if it says anything… This is the first time I have ever written a review on Unilocal.THAT is how much we appreciate the wine and the quality of service provided here.

Love this place! The wine is the best in Grapevine, hands down. The Sangiovese & Reserve Cab are excellent, but honestly all the wines are great because the owner creates a fusion of different grape blends. With creative names like: ‘Sip Happens’, ‘Freaken Weeken’ & ‘Life’s a Beach’, there’s a fun element to their blends. The open layout with modern décor makes it unique amongst the grapevine wineries creating more space for guests. They offer blending classes where you can be your own chemist & create your own customized bottle of wine.

This new winery is beyond amazing! Here they will blend different wines together to make the perfect wine for your taste! I don’t like dry wines, but I also don’t like wine to be too sweet. So we made a combination that turned into the best wine I’ve ever tasted! We also made a red blend(I hate red wines) but this one is a close second for my favourite ever! So ask for the Green Lotus or the Bad Wolf wine when you’re there. You won’t regret it!

What a great new space for the Grapevine area! There’s talk of wine«blending classes» which sound really cool. You tell Wine Fusion what flavor profile you want in your bottle, and they make it? Sold! I met Nick(the owner) during Grapefest, and he was great talking with my group, and a lot of his wines are made from local Texas grapes! He said the Grand Opening will be coming very soon. No doubt he’ll be setting a new trend.
