I called and started to describe (or at least attempted to explain) the window whose shade we would like to change. The person I spoke to told me that she could not help me with the window because they do not do custom blinds. When I asked her why she thought our windows were out their scope, she apologize said she had other calls and hung up.
Not very helpful or friendly. Perhaps you will have better luck with them than I.
