Affordable Property Management

My review is based on my experience as a potential renter, not a tenant or property owner…
I have been checking all the classified ads daily looking for a new home. A new property was listed and I called the very same day. After getting no reply I also sent an email. Jessica called me back in response to my email. She was very rude and condescending on the phone. Even though the property was already listed she said she didn’t have access to the house yet because it was still tenant occupied. Then she claimed she didn’t even know when she would be able to have access to the house but said she wrote down my name and phone number and would call me to arrange a time to see the house as soon as she got access to it.
Well, I never got that phone call. My experience with Affordable Property Management was very unprofessional. As a business owner myself, I can’t imagine talking to a potential customer the way I was spoken to and, if I tell a customer I will call them back, I will call them back.

Jessica is one of those professionals that «gets it» and goes above and beyond for her clients. She is super resourceful and very solutions oriented. I have the utmost confidence that she will always put her clients first.
