Aikido’Ka

Grass Valley is incredibly fortunate to have a martial arts school of the caliber of Aikido’Ka. The head instructor, Frank Bloksberg, truly embodies the principles of aikido, an art known as «The Way of Peace.» Beyond the decades of experience that Mr. Bloksberg brings to the mats every class, Aikido’Ka regularly brings in world-​famous aikido teachers to make sure their members get the highest quality training possible. The children’s program gives every child a kind, caring environment where they learn focus, discipline, self control, and self defense. Teens and adults can expect to train with a safe group of dedicated martial artists, but also can expect to get a great workout.
