I had a sleep study ordered by my pulmonologist on June 1,2015. I saw my physician that week and he ordered. C-pap. April took 6 weeks to respond to the order. It is now 9÷20÷15 and still I wasn’t. When I call I have been on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable!!! This company does not care about their clients. My story is not isolated I have several friends that are in my same situation. This company is awful to work with!

Ther customer service is horrible. I have been trying to get a wheelchair for going on 2 months. They billed medicare for a wheel chair I did not have. When you call customer service be prepared to wait on hold for 45 min. Then they drop your call and you start all over again. I finally got a call from them stating that our wheelchair will be hear today so we waited all day and just got a call again stating it will not be ready for a couple more day’s. They have the wrong size. They have had nearly 2 months to get the correct size. It so unacceptable. I can’t imagine the elderly disabled people trying to navigate this crap.

We were very happy with Timberlake but when Obovo care came we were moved to Apria. We have had the wrong supplies shipped, and today a appointment was canceled 1 hour before we were to be there, we had to move other appointments around to make this one and now they cancel! They seam to be under staffed or just don’t care and we are stuck with them. They are going to call back to reschedule but I bet they don’t. If you have a choice use anyone else. Check Unilocal for Sacramento Apria. This looks like how this company is run.
