Beam handles the security on my mountain home since 2008 and it has been effortless. Install was easy and when the alarm has been triggered the phone response has always been quick & professional. No complaints from this satisfied customer.

I had them set up my home theater. I bought a single remote from them to control everything and they programmed it for me. So nice to have ONE remote to deal with! They also service the alarm system in my office building and are especially responsive to the occaissional hickup. A really great place for TVs, Stereos, whole house fans, central vaccumn systems — nice selections, great prices and very nice people to deal with!

I recently had an issue with a central vacuum hose that was significantly out of warranty and Barry was able to take care of it completely at no cost. They are always professional, courteous and easy to work with. A pleasure to deal with a company that understands customer service.

We had service with these folks and had nothing but trouble. They take a long time to return your phone calls, and keep charging when they come back to your home to re-​fix what they never fixed the last time. Unprofessional and poor customer service. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I’ve known Anthony at Beam Easy Living Center for a year and have at least 5 friends who have done business with him and recommended him and his company to me. I rely on such referrals for my choices when finding someone to do work for me and this is the man and the company who will do my security system and (If I ever get it together, a sound system)
