The ass holes take away Cmt and Spike, and put them in a higher tier and then want you to pay 10 $ more a month, to get them back. Of all tiers, the sports tier. What dicks. And no credit for the missing channels, now.

Terrible service on the phone. Of course you cannot access a live person. It toke me three calls and 45 min to resolve the problem. I hate this company!
