Forty-Niner Overhead Garage Door

These guys are awesome. I called Monday evening after hours and left a message that we had a broken spring and the door also needed adjustment. BobbiJo called me at 8:18 on Tuesday morning, and our door was fixed by 3:30 that afternoon. That is efficiency, plus!
My wife (and therefore me) is much happier now. Thank you so much.

I can’t say enough positive things about this company! I live in a rental home and my landlord had an electric opener put in 5 years ago by Dave. A couple of weeks ago, my door stopped working. I called my landlord and had my hubby look at it and we were clueless. I called BobbiJo on Thursday afternoon to have someone come out. She was so apologetic as she told me that Dave was backed up and the soonest he could get to me was Monday afternoon. I am so used to typical Grass Valley businesses who take a week or more to get out to the house! Lol. I told BobbiJo that Monday was great. She did say that if my car was stuck in the garage or if I needed them sooner, they would come out. But, Monday was more than reasonable.
Dave was scheduled to be at my home between 2 – 3 today. He called me at 12:30 and said that he had just finished a job and could he come by in 10 minutes. I was so excited! He got here before 12:45, introduced himself & his brother in law and immediately got to work diagnosing my door. Within minutes he knew what was wrong. He explained everything to me and got my door back to work. He checked everything over after making the repair and even performed some maintenance on the door that we never thought to do. The door is now working better than it has since we moved in!
This company is great. They are honest and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
