I have used a several storage units in Grass Valley for extra inventory for our business. This is by far the worst place I have delt with in Grass Valley. The staff is unbelievably rude. We have had problems with mice and lizards in our unit as well. If you are looking for storage I would stear clear of this place. These people need to smile a little more. The location is good but I believe this is also the most expensive place in town.

I have rented the largest size unit they have here for the last year. They are very nice and clean. Staff is helpful and willing to work with you if you need t stay late after the gates close. The only thing is the price is a bit steep, but otherwise, I would recommend them.
