Nathan C Brott, DDS

We moved here from the Bay Area in December 2013 after living there our entire lives. Pretty hard to leave behind the friends, doctors and dentist you’ve always known.
I looked on Unilocal and on the Internet at local dentists and saw nothing but great comments about Dr. Brott. I called to schedule and talked to Sherri. She’s fantastic and so sweet!
Once I went in for my visit I was very pleased with how nice the office was, and again, his staff! Lisa, his assistant is also super sweet and very friendly. She makes you feel right at home! Every room has great views of the trees.
We’ve been going now for two years and had nothing but solid, sound advice and great service. He doesn’t try doing unnecessary work and is very honest in his approach.
You cannot choose a better dentist!

Dr. Brott is awesome. I am a terrible dentiphobe and shamefully went too long between appointments (lived abroad for most of that time). I came in with much work to be done. Dr. Brott carefully and painlessly took me through all of the dental work that I dreaded for so long. He is meticulous and delivers the anesthetic so patiently I didn’t really feel a thing. I no longer dread going to the dentist and this is a major change for me. I love his staff and always feel welcomed and appreciated. I would and have highly recommended him.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Brott’s for nearly 20 years. He’s awesome! Great guy, fantastic dentist. As another reviewer mentioned, a spotless office, nicely decorated in a pretty and convenient location (easy parking too). He does great work, is very thorough and gentle, and has a lovely personality. I’ve sent many friends to him, and all have stayed with him. Highly recommended. (Added bonus is that they are practically next door to Briarpatch market which makes for a nice quick food stop after your appointment).

Dr. Brott and his staff are beyond fabulous. They have always been professional, clean and incredibly welcoming.

As a new resident of Grass Valley and being someone who really values my oral hygiene, I put a lot of time into deciding on a dentist. Following a few referrals, I found my way to Dr. Brott. I really like his office as it is clean, state of the art and offers nice views out the windows while you are being worked on. The waiting room has an excellent selection of magazines which is important (even though there was no wait). The receptionist, Tracy, is as sweet and caring as they come. They hygienist who worked on my was named Ann and has been with Dr. Brott for 14 years. She was especially thorough in the cleaning process while being very gentle and pleasant. When she was done, I met Dr. Brott who came to give my mouth a final look-​over. I felt like it was more than just a token glance. He asked the right questions and showed a caring demeanor. On top of all that, I thought he was the coolest dentist I’ve ever met. Just a down-​to-​earth, straight forward guy as one might expect from this area. I’m grateful to have a healthy mouth but if I was having any problems, I would feel very comfortable in the hands of Dr. Brott and his team.
