I’m brand new in town, and wasn’t sure who to trust with my macbook pro. I certainly picked the right guy! Mike went above and beyond to fix my computer in time for school, and taught me a lot about what he was doing and how to protect my computer in the future. He charged very fair prices, and bookmarked reliable places to order parts I will need in the future for a much more affordable cost. Not to mention he kept me laughing the whole time!

This guy is awesome. I spilled a glass of water on my laptop like a total idiot. He fixed it up for a really affordable price and did it really quick. I have used Mike McGowen for years in the Nevada County area working on my Macintosh related problems. This week he was able to recover lost data and get my MacBook Pro up and running again. His experience, expertise and problem solving was vital in getting me back online and working. He also gave me a solid education in proper backup and maintenance to minimize issues like this again. These folks are the BEST! My MacBook Pro died and I needed a quick diagnostic before an important presentation. They not only worked within my short time frame, but made sure I got a FREE replacement for my defective video card from Apple.
