Our mom has been in Sierra View Manor for two and a half years. I can’t speak highly enough about it — I would recommend it without hesitation. It is very clean and safe and well run. The facility is pleasant — nice carpeting, furniture, nice pianos in the lobby and the large TV room.
Vanessa, who runs it, is terrific — very professional and competent. All the staff are wonderful, kind, caring, respectful, including the kitchen staff who are responsive to the various food allergies my mom has. There are regular activities — music from the outside, bingo, etc.
Quite a few of the other residents are in pretty good shape cognitively — my mom has friends she plays cards with every night. Most use walkers or wheelchairs however.
