they may have everything you need under one roof, but i can rarely find somebody to help me in the aisles. it also seems like theres no rhyme or reason to the way its(‘organized?’) my suggestion is to support small local businesses anyway. guess ill stick to that policy…

Love having this Staples in town — saved me in the middle of a project more than once. I really appreciate the professionalism and helpfulness of Alan K. A few days ago, Jerrica was extremely helpful when I’d made a potentially costly mistake. Both employees provide excellent examples of superb customer service. And, finally, where can you find a closeout of $ 30 chairs for under $ 5 apiece and a manager who will gather up a few more from other stores near his home to get you as many as you needed?

I’m giving this store 4 stars but this only applies to Ashley who went above and beyond her female manager to make sure i was 100% satisfied with my business cards. The online designing app has margins that are pretty different from the actual outcome and there’s no a lot of room to resize and adjust images. For this reason the set came out crooked and the letters were cut off. I explained that to the manager and she basically shrugged it off and walked away, i would’ve left right then and left a 1 star review if it hadn’t been for the kindness of Ashley assuring me she would do her best to get them right. This is the kind of attitude that the managers should have with their customers but unfortunately every time I come in there seems to be another issue thats more important to them then to take the time to be concerned with me. I hope that these issues and successes are not overlooked as I believe its employees like Ashley that keeps this store afloat. Thank you for your persistence in helping me with my cards Ashley! :-)

Staples is what it is, a office supply store. I own a restaurant and go to this store at least once a week. I had a banner printed, business cards in a hour, all within a ridiculously low price. The customer service is ok, but with the prices so reasonable and sales, I think this store is good to shop at. I do miss the old Manager Jeff, he was awesome.

What a filthy and depressing store !! Debris on the floors, shelves in disarray and many empty slots. What happened to this place? When we first moved here a few years ago, it was a pretty nice store with friendly staff. Many sale items have been out of stock. This location is not kept up properly, both in neatness/cleanliness, and merchandise. Except for cashiers, it’s almost impossible to find a salesperson. Cashiers try to show a friendly face, but I would bet that morale here is quite low. I hope that things can get back on track again :-(

This place is fine. If you need copies or photo prints during the holiday season, do not expect same-day service. Plan ahead. Like way ahead.

Wow, some of the worst customer service in the county. Even though there are plenty of checkers around they’re all busy chatting with each other or… well, I don’t know what they’re doing but I know if I want to buy a pack of pens it takes me forever and I don’t even venture over to their copy/printing area anymore.

Thank you«General Manager» for your above and beyond the call of customer service. I bought 2 staplers a while back and was very dissatisfied with both. I threw one away, but kept one in hopes I could beat some sense into it and it would finally work for me. Today was the end. I took it, without packaging, or receipt to the store and told my story to mgr. Without question, he «gave» me 2 One Touch staplers, which are a lot nicer than the ones I purchased originally. He was so pleasant. Thank you for the great customer service!

I called to find out information on my warranty for the shredder I purchased, and the gal who answered let out a big sigh when I told her what I wanted, and she said she really didn’t know. I could tell this would go nowhere, so asked for someone who was possibly more familiar with what I was asking, was put on hold for a very long time, then someone answered asking who I was holding for, I began telling them, and the call went dead. :-( Called back and asked for a manager; been on hold for a long time… I’ve had great luck in Auburn with their customer service — going to try there…

Its pretty Dismal if your looking for tech support. I went in for their 10 dollar tune up and they wanted to charge me a 150 to install 2 drivers and do some check of my computer. I would rather hire an independent who will actually try to get my computer fixed without fleecing me. I wouldn’t buy an electronic item here either. You’ll never get support on the floor to help you look for what you need.

I am a regular person/consumer, not a large or small business owner, so I speak from that perspective. I went in with my dad who was looking for a 2 drawer file cabinet(note the cheapest they had was $ 70). Within a few minutes of browsing a very nice woman came over and asked me if there was anything she could help me with. She told me about a deal they have for school supplies. Then after she had helped me, I heard her off asking someone else if they needed help. Its nice not to be harassed by sales people but at the same time to have people offering to help in case you need it. They have a free staples shopper card which you should get if you shop here often at all; it has some benefits in terms of discounts/specials. You can also bring your used printer cartridges in for financial benefits(not an expert on what though).

This Staples is regularly the worst shopping experience possible. I am a small business manager and in this store 1 – 2 times per week. If you know what you want, great. If you have even one question, go elsewhere. Every single time — whether typical ‘rush’ hours or middle of the day — they are bafflingly understaffed. More than once, I have walked around for 5 or 10 minutes as the only customer in the store, unable to find a single salesperson on the floor. We’ve taken to flipping a coin at the office… loser has to make the Staples run.
