Excellent service. answered phone on first ring, scheduled us the following day, arrived exactly as forecast. Zack was friendly, knowledgeable, taught me a lot about my system that I didn’t know. We never knew we had a filter in the outflow, that should be cleaned once a year, and were lucky not to have had problems. Now we are on their once a year checkup plan for the future which is reassuring. Service could not have been better.

We cannot say enough good stuff about Tall Boots Septic. Zack, the owner, gave us a lot of telephone advice since we needed to uncover the septic tank, then came out within 30 minutes of our phone call when we were ready for him. Offered us a discount on the already super low price. Honest, friendly and helpful. Found him on Unilocal and so true, he’s great.
