I’d like to thank everyone at Viking Mechanical that really makes my job a little bit easier. I’m a property manager out in S. Sacramento, and in this business you’ll get a lot of HVAC issues all throughout the year. Sometimes these issue can become a big problem with residents as they are not willing to wait for repairs. However, because of Vikings great work ethic, good people, and pride in what they do, this always become as least painful as possible. They respond to your service requests quickly, and get the job done the first time. In turn, their quality of work really makes my residents happy, which is my ultimate goal; so I continue to choose the best and use Viking for all my HVAC needs.

I’ve had two experiences with Jess at Viking Mechanical. The first was a complete replacement of all the heating/AC ducting under a friend’s house. The second was an inspection, maintenance and thermostat replacement in my house. In both cases, Jess and his assistant were very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. He used quality materials and seemed to be the type that pays attention to doing the job right. Both jobs went fine and didn’t require repeat visits. He was a hard worker and his prices were competitive. What I liked best was that Jess is an honest guy. He’s not the type to sell you stuff you don’t need. It’s hard to find contractors like this these days. So I highly recommend Viking Mechanical as one of those contractors that when you find them, you really want to keep them.
