Water Heaters Only

If there were negative stars available for rating, this company would get them.
After noticing that his water wasn’t getting hot in the shower, my boyfriend called to see about getting someone to come out and check his water heater. Steven from Water Heaters Only answered the number that was on the water heater (installed just 3 years earlier) and said they bought the number when the company went out of business. He said he couldn’t make it out until the next day (mind you my boyfriend called in the morning) so my boyfriend said he would call someone else. All of the sudden Steven was available later that evening.
Steven arrived and looked at the heater for about 30 minutes and said it was in need of a $ 25 part. After replacing it, Steven then handed him a bill for, get this, $ 250.00!
Absolutely ridiculous!
I had to share with everyone when I truly feel like someone has been ripped off.
