I decided to do a review on this service because it can really help people out. At first I was skeptical to go to someone’s home. I am a single adult professional who caught head lice from my niece while on vacation. I couldn’t possibly treat my own head. I made an appointment and drove to her home. Sarah was friendly and informative. She took care of the problem and taught me how to treat my home. It was simple, she didn’t try to sell me products, or insist I have a repeat visit. She did schedule a follow up, it took 20 minutes. She carefully inspected my head to make sure the problem was gone. IT WAS GONE! She was so helpful she had a print out of how to care for my home and even took calls between our visits to answer questions. She will educate people over the phone on how to treat it as well. It wasn’t weird at all going to her home, it was actually better in my opinion. After all, who wants to have their car seen parked in public at a lice removal place…
Thank you so much for helping me though an embarrassing ordeal and ensuring my privacy. I hope to never need your service again for obvious reasons, but if it happens again you’ll be my first call!
