Pointe Oasis

Every business in America should run their business like Pointe Oasis does. They have the most outstanding customer service!

We spent 8 days vacation recently in a rental house near Sunrise Beach. It came with a dock and swim area.
Pointe Oasis boat rentals & resort made our stay incredible. We rented a pontoon boat for a couple of days, brought home and enjoyed it fully. The boat motor was strong enough to carry our 11 family member and still pull the tube around the lake fast enough for anyone. Great equipment.
Another day we rented 4 jet skis. Again, wonderful equipment. Great instruction.
The equipment is only out done by the staff. Everyone of them was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. What a great crew.
We didn’t really think Lake of the Ozarks was a place we would visit as a group again. But after the fun toys and great people from Point Oasis Resort, we’ve changed our mind. When the owner said «come back again next year», we all smiled and thought that was a great idea.

One of the nicest and friendliest places on the lake to gas up and cool down. Treats, free ice, can coozies and beads for ladies and kiddows.

There aren’t a lot of five star businesses at Lake of the Ozarks, but this was an easy one.
I believe the best way to be successful anywhere in business and especially at the lake, is to provide great service. Pointe Oasis nails it! They may not have the cheapest gas on the lake, but I’ll gladly pay extra for the great experience here.
The owner is super friendly and full of spunk. They offer lots of free bees, that don’t cost a lot, but have a high impact. The greatest free bee is the ice, yep, no $ 3.99 bags of ice here. Five gallon buckets full of ice directly into your cooler and a free coozie cup for your cold beverage! The kids love the free gum and beads and free biscuits for your water dogs too. Stick around long enough and you may get to see one of their two Yellow Labs drive a wave runner, with the help of a human.
Visit Pointe Oasis and they’ll make a painful trip to the pump lots of fun.
