This place used to be really gross and cramped, but they remodeled the interior a couple years ago and now there is actually standing room. As long as you don’t go during a busy time, you can expect service to be fairly quick. Out of the handful of times I have gone, I did witness a customer start shouting at the employee who proceeded to ignore him until he went away(I gathered that he didn’t pay his bill and wanted free cable). I recommend if you can do it online, do it online. For returning or exchanging equipment your only choice is to go there. If you do, try going in the early morning. Avoid the afternoons as that is when everyone gets off work and lines start to form.

Here’s the deal: You can be a loyal customer of Comcast cable and internet for 19 years but if they think they should change your plan, charge you more(a lot more), and cut back your channels in order to «pay» for new services you do not want and a poor business model, THENTHATISWHATTHEYWILLDO. You will have no choice and they do not care. DONOTSIGNUPWITHCOMCAST! They will rip you off. Find another way to view what you want and get internet service. They will piss on you. CriminalCast. ConCast. ComCrap. Well it’s off to Twitter and Tumblr to spread the word.
