Doug is a very honest and trusting person. He explained everything to me and my wife. We had several other companies come out and bid our project and suggested the best system for our house. Other companies suggested a system that was very expensive and in the long run was not compilable with our furnace. Doug explained everything to us so we understood what was best for our house and why it was the best option. Not too many companies out there these days that do this for their customers.

My furnace needs replaced and is not functional. I called for a quote on a friends recommendation, was informed there are no evening appts (I work) during the week so had to wait five days (a Saturday) for a visit from their salesperson. On Friday afternoon the receptionist calls me and tells me they’re just too busy to make my appt.
Too busy for a sale? I will find another provider who appreciates a sale and values my business.

Doug Lombardo installed a Trane high efficiency furnace & humidifer this fall, and I can confidently recommend Lombardo’s to anyone. Doug personally came over to the house, took the time to understand what we were looking for during the quoting process, explained all of our options, and then provided us a highly competitive quote.
Doug’s team was professional, polite, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. We are extremely pleased with the finished result, and will plan to use Lombardo’s for all our future HVAC needs.
