Food is fine, but staff is totally incompetent. Especially the management. When you order delivery you could get anything. Uncooked unsliced pizza. Other people’s food. It’s an adventure! Don’t bother to call and complain, because no matter how many times they’ve gotten it wrong, it’s your fault.

I thought I would give them one more chance, and that’s what I told the manager when I called to place my order. When home, I opened the package and there was an item missing. They are, at least, consistent in screwing up every single order I make. Well, that «one more chance» doesn’t deserve another. My suggestion to you would be to skip this restaurant. If you want great pizza, go to Wayne’s in Third Lake. If you want great Italian beefs, go to Portillo’s in Gurnee. If you want disappointment and consistent poor service, go to Rosati’s in Grayslake.

Meh. The pizza is nothing special and the fried foods are soggy! I don’t know why I keep giving this place another chance. They’re about as plain as it gets. No authenticity.

Decent pizza and good delivery time in my experience. However, the Grayslake location does not have a website, and they won’t honor coupons from the Gurnee or Round Lake websites which is pretty annoying.

Good pizza, fast delivery, reasonable price. Pizza arrives still hot! Monday and Tuesdays are half-​price for a large pizza and you can’t beat the deal. The Italian salad dressing is the best I’ve ever had.

Over the years, I’ve been to many Rosati’s and had a fair number of items from the menu. This unit has been very inconsistent but better recently. The pizza is above average for the area. The sandwiches are well made. The Cheef, an Italian Beef w/​mozzarella has always been good and I’ve never been served the shredded scrapings from the bottom of the pan. The time estimates for when your food will be ready are reliable. If you’ve been to other Rosati’s, you will get what you expect from a Rosati’s, and if you haven’t, this will provide a fair sampling. The one addition I would really like to see soon is online ordering. I’d rate this place good but not great.

We stopped in one night late, passing through town after an event at the college. We really like Rosati’s Pizza and hoped that it was open. The sign said open but it was clear they were closing. We asked if we could get a pizza and the man said no. The cook was standing behind him and said YES! The first man said ok, it was really up to him. We were delighted and very grateful (we were very hungry). It was a great pizza and Thanks to the man who said YES!!!

I am a pizza fanatic and I have been searching for some good pizza since I’ve moved to Waukegan in April but to no avail. I’ve passed Rosatis on my way home and finally decided to stop in. I’m so glad that I did. Customer serVice was great, plus they gave me a large pizza instead of a small. Trust I didn’t complain and after tasting it I am so glad that they made the mistake. It was delicious and reminded me of Chicago pizzas… all smiles!

Ordered chicken fettuccine last night, told it would arrive in about 45 minutes, actually came in about 30, score! Absolutely delicious, good portion, and the breadsticks were delicious! Highly recommend if you are looking for good pasta.

Love the thin crust pizza. Cheese is always great as well as sausage. But my new favorite here is the bbq chicken pizza. I could it fresh and hot or cold the next day. So yummy. I also love the Italian beef with cheese. Everything is good and always fresh.

This is a great neighborhood pizza place with great variety and great appetizers.
Really fast delivery. Food arrives hot and perfect.
We got a full dinner including beef sandwich (awesome), ribs, and buffalo wings. Added some breaded cauliflower.

Since they changed this franchise back to a corporate store the food went from 2 to 11. Pizza is delicious as well as the baked mostaccoli with Italian sausage. The sausage is very tasty like an Italian sausage should be. Spaghetti is just as good. Highly recommend this rosatis for some of the best food in the area.

I never write reviews but this was so good I had to. where do I start, I could go on and on but I will make it as short as possible. the person answering the phone was very helpful. I ended up ordering the mostaccioli, fettucini alfredo, jalapeño poppers, veggie combo, and the Italian beef. everything was SO GOOD, the bread is amazing it has to be made fresh. we will be ordering from here quite a bit: D

Just had it this weekend while staying across the road in the Comfort Suites. Really good pizza!!! A Little pricey but it seems that is par for the course in the area after reviewing the other menu’s at my hotel. We had thin crust and it was VERY GOOD!

Its straight. I dont live to far from this location so i order from them alot since moving to the neighborhood. Sometimes the pizza can be a little undercooked but most of the time its pretty good. I still long for the Chicago pizza from when I lived in the city.

I had been seeing the sign «Under New Management» for a few weeks and decided to try it. I love Rosati’s pizza, but I was leery about the poor reviews this particular location had received. However, I boldly tried it.
Whatever this location’s previous ailments were, there was no indication that they remained. The pizza was exactly as you would expect from Rosati’s. I had asked about the «new management» and the gentleman told me that it was now corporate.
I’m not nuts about their crust, but I order Rosati’s from different locations because of their tangy sauce and sausage done just the way I like it. It’s a tasty pizza. I wanted to make sure that folks know, whatever the problems were at this location in the past, they came through with flying colors, at least for this reviewer.
