Absolute worst customer service I have even experienced! Made a reservation for a one way rental and when I picked up the truck they informed me it must be returned to that store. I was obviously upset since this was not the reservation I made and when I expressed that some lady in the office went off at me and started screaming! Go elsewhere. The drive to libertyville or round lake is worth not dealing with vile trashy staff.

I rented the largest sized truck they had available twice and a 10×30 storage unit for two months. The first move was to take everything from a house I was leaving to the storage unit, and the second was from the storage unit to my new house a few weeks later. And there were several visits to the storage unit in between to either add or remove items. Pricewise, the storage unit was competitive with the local market. Most of the customers I encountered followed reasonable etiquette standards. I also had no problems with the truck rentals. If there was one downside, the time spent waiting in lines in the office was longer than it should have been. A lot of that was people who weren’t sure what they wanted. However, I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes in line just to drop off a set of keys. Maybe it was just bad timing but I wound up in line behind someone whose credit card was declined, behind a group of young foreigners who wanted to travel one-​way to Pennsylvania, and behind someone who wanted to know all of the options and prices. If there were a line for simple transactions or for people who know exactly what they want, I might rate them a little higher. Overall, it was a good experience with room for improvement.

I reserved a 14 ft. truck online 10 days in advance and picked it up without any issues. The guy did a walk around inspection of the truck with me and showed me how to use the ramp. The truck was in great condition (considering it’s a moving truck). No problems dropping it off, just had to have a guy do an inspection and give me a receipt and I was on my way. This was the first time I ever rented a moving truck and overall it was a pleasant experience. Great price too. I plan on using them in the future.

Great and efficient service. I made a reservation and David had us in and out in just a few minutes, plus he gave us a tip about saving money by using E85 and even told us where to get that from. Would definitely use them again :)
