Fairly rude here. The ones that weren’t rude, simply didn’t give a shit about customer service. At least two people have sounded like programmed drones and several other times they have just been involved in conversation with another employee and ignored me the entire time except to take my money. One time this happened with the manager right there. I mean come on dude, you’re the freaking manager and you don’t even acknowledge the customer?! Customer service is key wherever you work, whether you hate your job or not. Secondly, i shouldn’t have to be the one who acknowledges you initially and starts the greeting process which you immediately halt after saying hello. Will not be back.
