Carpet Transformers did and AMAZING job after our dog decided to tear into our carpet! They showed up on time, were polite, and conversational and did an awesome job! We have used other carpet repair service before and can always see seams but not with Carpet Transformers! We really can not more highly recommend these guys!

Our dog decided to eat some of the carpet on one of our steps. Carpet transformers repaired and cleaned the carpet. Antoine was very professional and knowledgeable. The job was performed in a timely manner. Good pricing too. We were pleased and definitely would recommend his services to others.

Had a floor we wanted to redo with carpet — rip out the old stuff, clean the old stuff, etc — and we wanted a new padding that was of better support and weight. It was an urgent issue for us and when we called the owner spoke to us immediately and promptly scheduled an appointment to review.
We had previously spoken to two other companies and were already cautious because removing the old floor was always a problem with the other companies but the owner came, looked, and essentially said not a problem.
He was right, we signed and he & his team came on time, reworked the floor without any issues, & placed the new carpet quickly.
No muss, no fuss! Did a great job and not a single hitch! We found this company right here on Unilocal and we’re glad we did!

Our dog recently decided that a patch of carpet in our entryway just had to go. I sent an email, and the owner, Antoine, came out the next day to patch up the foot-​long tear for under $ 100. He was polite and professional and finished the job in under an hour. The patch blends in very well, and we wouldn’t hesitate to call him again if our dog takes future offense at any other spots of carpet.

We recently had a flood in our basement and found these guys online. The technician came within the allotted appointment window, and he was very professional and personable. There was an additional repair that was not initially quoted, but they were great about not tacking on a large additional fee. I would definitely recommend these guys.
