My family uses CN&T as backup care through Bright Horizons for our children. While there are a number of high quality care givers at CN&T, they seem to always be unavailable. The service is very quick to staff our requests with other care givers, but recently the care givers have been canceling at the last minute (as in 2 hours before scheduled arrival) leaving my family and our plans in the lurch. This has now happened 3 times and we will no longer be using them for childcare.
As a business owner, I rely on clients being happy for continued business. When I have to cancel a client meeting because my sitter had canceled last minute, that makes clients angry and costs me money. If you are thinking about using CN&T for in-​home care, look elsewhere as they will probably leave you stranded at the last possible minute.
